Details: 50 copies (tnb09) came with a printed grey paper cover and hand-painted with various water colours by Richard Rupenus. Rear of cover consists of a small flap with artist, title, label information and record number. Special edition of 10 copies (tnb09s) came with different hand-made sleeve, signed and with an exclusive T-shirt (assigned catalogue number tnb09t). An additional 10 un-numbered promo copies (tnb09p) were made and featured the word 'PROMO' where the record number was originally written, with a printed grey cover that was not painted. Record itself came in plain white paper cover.
